Die Anatomie als Lehre von alten Knochen und Geweben mit bizarren Namen erweist sich für die Sportwissenschaft als außerordentlich faszinierend. Anatomiekenntnisse stellen ein wertvolles Hilfsmittel zur Auswahl geeigneter Übungsformen für verschiedene Zielgruppen dar. Orientiert an den Fragestellungen des Sports werden Kenntnisse über den aktiven und passiven Bewegungsapparat, die unter Belastungsbedingungen geforderten Organsysteme und das Zentralnervensystem erarbeitet. Die Teilnehmer erhalten Informationen zur Vor- und Nachbereitung der jeweiligen Themenkomplexe. Begleitende Tutorien sollen helfen, die Handhabung der Anatomiekenntnisse als Hilfsmittel für sportwissenschaftliche Fragestellungen zu erproben.
