Die Vorlesung schließt an "Völkerrecht I" an. Die Vorlesung wird schwerpunktmäßig folgende Bereiche des Völkerrechts abdecken: die Organe des zwischenstaatlichen Verkehrs (diplomatische und konsularische Beziehungen), Staatenverantwortlichkeit, Seerecht, internationale Organisationen (auf regionaler und universeller Ebene), internationaler Menschenrechtsschutz.
