In diesem Seminar werden bedeutende Rechtsphilosophen der NS-Zeit (vor allem Karl Larenz und die übrigen Vertreter der Kieler Schule, Carl Schmidt) durchgearbeitet und auf "typische NS-Ideologie" überprüft.
Bekanntgabe des Anmelde- und Vorbesprechungstermins erfolgt per Aushang. Weitere Termine werden mit den Teilnehmern vereinbart.
Ein Grundlagenschein kann erworben werden.
