Photosynthese ist nach den Richtlinien in der SI und der SII Thema des Biologieunterrichts.
Zum einen werden jahrgangsspezifische Herangehensweisen an das Thema vorgestellt und mit den Seminarteilnehmern durchgeführt. Gerade hier geht es darum, sich das breite Spektrum der Möglichkeiten bewusst zu machen, um diese auch im späteren Beruf zu nutzen.
Zum anderen steht die fachliche und praktische Auseinandersetzung sowie die Entwicklung von Experimenten zu diesem Thema in Vordergrund. Die hier entwickelten Inhalte sollen mit Schülerinnen und Schülern durchgeführt werden, um den direkten Nutzen für die spätere Praxis zu erkennen. Der didaktische Schwerpunkt dieses Seminars ist sicherlich in der Sekundarstufe II zu finden.
