Whether your professional goal is teaching, creative publishing, media companies, journalism, you will need to know the theoretical and practical principles which determine the use of the English language in technological media such as the internet or word processing systems. The course offers a text and discourse linguistics oriented introduction to the professional use of these media in relation to both written and spoken language. A bibliography will be provided later.
Qualifications: 3 credit points (attendance, active participation through web portfolio preparation) + grade (presentation with written version)
