Das Seminar greift einige aktuelle Probleme der Sozialpolitik und des Sozialrechts auf, insbesondere aus den Bereichen Sozialhilfe und Pflegeversicherung. Die Probleme sollen aus rechtswissenschaftlicher und aus soziologischer Sicht behandelt werden (Mitveranstalter: Prof. Lutz Leisering Ph.D., Fakultät für Soziologie). Das Seminar wird am Ende des Sommersemesters stattfinden. Es kann ein Wahlfachschein für die Wahlfachgruppe Sozialrecht erworben werden.
