Das Recht der Europäischen Union wird ganz maßgeblich durch die Rechtsprechung des Europäischen Gerichtshofs geprägt.
Erst die vertiefte Kenntnis wesentlicher Entscheidungen, ihrer Hintergründe und ihres rechtspolitischen Zusammenhangs macht das Studium des Unionsrechts anschaulich und für die spätere berufliche Bewältigung praktisch.
Das Kolloquium wendet sich an Studierende, die an den Vorlesungen zum Europarecht bereits teilgenommen haben oder zumindest derzeit teilnehmen.
Im Mittelpunkt der wöchentlichen Veranstaltung stehen jeweils eine oder mehrere, klassische oder aktuell wichtige Entscheidungen des EuGH, die von den Teilneh-mern vorbereitet und dann gemeinsam analysiert und in ihren Zusammenhang eingeordnet werden sollen.
Eine Liste der zu besprechenden Fälle wird zu Beginn der Veranstaltung ausge-geben.
