Diese Veranstaltung gibt eine Einführung in das Controlling. Nach Darstellung von Entwicklung und Funktion des Controllings werden Aufgaben in Bezug auf das Informations- sowie das Planungs- und Kontrollsystem diskutiert und entsprechende Instrumente erläutert. Schwerpunkte bilden:
- Zielkoordination
- Abstimmung der Aktivitäten verschiedener Divisionen
- Erfolgsziel und Erfolgsmessung
