In diesem Projektseminar sollen Ansätze der Neuroinformatik auf Fragestellungen in den Bereichen Bildverarbeitung von Fluoreszenzmikroskopie - Bildern und Visualisierung und Sonifikation zur Exploration von hochdimensionalen zellbiologischen Datenräumen angewendnet werden. Das Seminar richtet sich an Studierende im Hauptstudium, die sich in den Bereichen Mustererkennung, Computer Vision, Neuroinformatik oder Biotechnologie spezialisieren möchten.
