Das Seminar dient der Vor- und Nachbereitung der gleichnamigen Exkursion. Die Teilnahme ist für Exkursion-steilnehmer obligatorisch. Durch Kurzvorträge (20 min, Tischvorlage) und Diskussion wird - das Exkursionsgebiet hinsichtlich Geographie, Geologie und Klime sowie Kultur, Geschichte und Wirtschaft charakterisiert, - Lebensräume an der Küste, gestaltende Faktoren und Vegetationstypen vorgestellt, - die Zonierung des Lebensraums Felsküste, die Ökologie und Ökophysiologie von Meeresalgen, ihr Vorkommen und ihre Verbreitung besprochen, - sowie auf ihre Biochemie und wirtschaftliche Nutzung eingegangen. Nach der Exkursion sollen deren Ergebnisse in dieser Veranstaltung ausgewertet und zu einer Präsentation (Bericht, Poster, Ausstellung) zusammengestellt werden. [Lf: j; 50: j; Fs: j]
