Die Vorlesung vermittelt einen Einblick in molekularbiologische Verfahren und Methoden, die eine wesentliche Voraussetzung unserer Kenntnisse fundamentaler biologischer Prozesse auf molekularer Ebene bilden.
Für Studierende der Biologie, Biotechnologie, Biochemie, Chemie und der Naturwissenschaftlichen Informatik (Hauptfach Biologie, Ausrichtung Biotechnologie).
Vorkenntnisse: Grundlagen der Biochemie von Nucleinsäuren und Proteinen.
