In dieser Vorlesung wird eine Einführung in das Gentechnikgesetz und seine Vorschriften gegeben. Es sind dies im einzelnen:
In der Einführung: Gentechnik-Gesetz.
Verordnungen: Gentechniksicherheitsverordnungen, Gentechnikverfahrensverordnung, Gentechnikaufzeichnungsverordnung, Gentechnikanhörungsverordnung, ZKBS-Verordnung und Gentechnikkostenverordnung.
Im weiteren wird auf die Richtlinien der Europäischen Union zu Arbeiten in geschlossenen Systemen zur Freisetzung und zu biologischen Arbeitsstoffen eingegangen. Ebenfalls wird die Kostenverordnung und die Zuständigkeitsverordnung der Länder betrachtet. Aus der Zentralen Kommission für die biologische Sicherheit (ZKBS) wird anhand der Jahresberichte die Zulassungstendenz in der Bundesrepublik referiert. Fragen der Rechtsprechung werden kritisch betrachtet. Auf die Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und Organismenlisten der Berufsgenossenschaft für Chemie wird bei der Erörterung des Gentechnikgesetzes an den entsprechenden Stellen eingegangen.
