Erwerb grundlegender Kompetenzen für:
- die Eigenrealisation
- die methodische Vermittlung von Aktivitäten in den und im Bewegungsraum Wasser.
In diesem Kurs sollen folgende Inhalte bearbeitet und kennen gelernt werden:
- Aneignung der vier Schwimmtechniken, der Starts und der Wenden
- Fehleranalyse und Korrektur der Techniken, Starts und Wenden
- Theoretische Aspekte aus den Bereichen Trainingslehre und Biomechanik und
- ihre Umsetzung in der Praxis (Körperwahrnehmung)
- Anfängerschwimmen: Wassergewöhnung und Wasserbewältigung, sowie Erleben
- verschiedener Spielformen
- Sportförderunterricht: Schulung koordinativer Fähigkeiten
- Wasserspringen und Wasserball
- Aktivitäten im Bewegungsraum Wasser (Aqua-Sport)
