Die Veranstaltung wird im Okt./Nov. 2017 von H. Gusy, ab Dez. von H. Weiler durchgeführt.
Beide Lehrstühle informieren jeweils gesondert über ihre Inhalte, die Lehrmaterialien und das methodische Vorgehen.Gegenstand wird die neuere Rechtsprechung mit besonderen inhaltlichen Bezügen zum Examensstoff aus dem Öffentlichen Recht bzw. aus dem Bürgerlichen Recht mit Nebengebieten sein.
Die Thematik wird mit den Studierenden gemeinam aufbereitet und diskutiert. Die Teilnahme ist besonders lohnenswert bei eigener Bereitschaft zu aktiver Mitarbeit.
