610019 Training und Prävention im Kindes- und Jugendalter (S) (SoSe 2009)

Dieses Seminar des AB I - Sportmedizin richtet sich an die Studierenden des MA-Profils EKJ.
Basierend auf den in der Vorlesung "Grundlagen der Trainingswissenschaft und Sportmedizin" vermittelten Inhalten beschäftigt sich diese Veranstaltung mit der Optimierung der die Auslösung, Sicherung und Steuerung von Adaptationsvorgängen bestimmenden Faktoren. Berücksichtigung finden in diesem Seminar im Besonderen die Besonderheiten des kindlichen und jugendlichen Organismus, die bei der Planung und Durchführung des Trainings bzw. des Sportunterrichts zu beachten sind. Des Weiteren werden bei Kindern und Jugendlichen leider relativ häufig auftretende internistische Krankheitsbilder (z.B. Asthma und Diabetes Typ I) und orthopädische Problemfelder (z.B. Haltungsschwächen) thematisiert und die sich daraus ergebenden Konsequenzen für den Sportunterricht behandelt.
