Das Seminar/Kolloquium wird zum Teil als Blockveranstaltung angeboten.
Die Veranstaltung richtet sich insbesondere an Studierende der Rechtswissenschaft mit Interesse am Europarecht und am Öffentlichen Recht. Sie steht daneben aber auch Studierenden aus Nachbarwisschenschaften bei Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in die rechtlichen Fragen offen.
Einige Themen werden eher für Nebenfach oder Grundstudiumsstudenten geeignet sein (Proseminar-Niveau), andere Themen richten sich an Vorgerückte/Hauptstudium mit Vorkenntnissen im Europarecht. Teilnahme ist nur möglich bei Bereitsschaft zur Übernahme eines Seminarreferates (Vortrag von 20-30 Minuten) zu einem der Themen nebst Erstellung eines substantiierten Thesenpapiers (keine Gasthörer). Es besteht die Möglichkeit zum Erwerb eines Seminar- bzw. Grundlagenscheins (Seminararbeit bis Semesterende einzureichen) oder einer Schlüsselqualifikation.Interessenbekundungen unter Angabe von Vorkenntnissen per E-mail ab sofort an franz.mayer@uni-bielefeld.de, weitere Hinweise folgen über den im eKVV angelegten Mailverteiler für das Seminar.
