In diesem Projektseminar sollen Ansätze der Neuroinformatik auf Fragestellungen in den Bereichen Bildverarbeitung von Fluoreszenzmikroskopie -
Bildern und Visualisierung und Sonifikation zur Exploration von hochdimensionalen zellbiologischen Datenräumen a ngewendnet werden. Das
Seminar richtet sich an Studierende im Hauptstudium, die sich in den Bereichen Mustererkennung, Computer Vision, Neuroinformatik oder
Biotechnologie spezialisieren möchten.
