Die Vorlesung gilt dem Besonderen Schuldrecht und damit dem offenen System der überkommenen und der von der Rechtspraxis in jüngerer Zeit geschaffenen Schuldverhältnisse. Der Aufbau folgt dem BGB, es werden also zuerst die einzelnen vertraglichen und dann die gesetzlichen Schuldverhältnisse Geschäftsführung ohne Auftrag, ungerechtfertigte Bereicherung und Delikt behandelt. Die Schuldrechtsreform, die während des Semesters in Kraft treten dürfte, wird berücksichtigt werden. Vorlesungsbegleitend werde ich ein Skript herausgeben. Es wird eine Semesterabschlußklausur stattfinden
