Tanztherapie ist eine neue Form der Psychotherapie, die sich in den USA weitgehend etabliert hat und nun auch in Deutschland - ähnlich wie andere körperorientierte Therapieformen - zunehmend Bedeutung findet.
Das Seminar gibt einen Überblick in unterschiedliche tanztherapeutische Richtungen, die alle davon ausgehen, dass sich die Persönlichkeit eines Menschen auch in seiner körperlichen Erscheinung, seiner Haltung und seiner Bewegung zeigt. Durch eine Erweiterung des Bewegungsverhaltens kann somit auch eine Erweiterung emotionaler und kognitiver Erfahrungsmöglichkeiten erfolgen.
In der praktischen Umsetzung beschäftigen wir uns u.a. mit den Themen Anatomie aus tanztherapeutischer Sicht, Körperbild und Körpererfahrung und Tanz.Der Kurs wendet sich ausschließlich an Frauen.
