Rechte kultureller Minderheiten (Bielefeldt)
Als Alternative sowohl zu repressiver Assimilierung als auch zu - potenziell gewaltförmigen - Separationsbewegungen ist die Anerkennung kultureller Minderheitenrechte ein vorrangi-ges friedenspolitisches Gebot. Gleichzeitig gibt es ernstzunehmende Bedenken, daß sich "kommunitäre" Minderheitenrechte systematisch nicht mit individuellen Menschenrechten vermitteln lassen. Anhand von Texten (die in einem Reader zur Verfügung gestellt werden) wollen wir konzeptionelle und institutionelle Fragen des Minderheitenschutzes diskutieren.
