Liegenschaftsrecht (Jost)
Traditionell werden Examensaufgaben in großem Maße dem Grundstücksrecht entnom-men. Es ist auch in der Rechtspraxis von besonderem Interesse. Deshalb ist hier eine Vertiefung erforderlich. Das Schwergewicht der Veranstaltung soll auf den Sicherungs-rechten liegen. Das Grundbuchrecht ist dabei stets zu berücksichtigen.
Literaturhinweise werden in der Veranstaltung bekanntgegeben.
