Ziel des Seminars ist, es zentrale Konzepte zum Thema Stress und Stressbewältigung kennen zu lernen und auf den Schulalltag anwenden zu können.

Requirements for participation, required level

Um einen Seminarplatz zu erhalten, nutzen Sie bitte das ekVV-Teilnehmermanagement. 
Studierende, die einen Platz in einem teilnehmerbeschränkten Seminar erhalten haben und in der ersten Seminarsitzung nicht anwesend sind, verlieren diesen Platz. Entsprechend können dann noch Studierende von der Warteliste nachrücken. Studierende auf der Warteliste können sich zu Beginn der ersten und zweiten Seminarsitzung informieren, ob sie noch einen (z.B. frei gewordenen) Platz erhalten können. Es gilt die auf der Warteliste angegebene Reihenfolge.

Dies ist ein Aufbauseminar und richtet sich vorrangig an Studierende ab dem 4. Semester.

Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme ist es, sich innerhalb des Seminars aktiv zu beteiligen sowie den eigenen Lernfortschritt zu reflektieren. Weitere Anforderungen (z. B. Übernahme eines Inputs) werden in der ersten Sitzung bekannt gegeben.
