Die Veranstaltung führt in die theoretischen Grundlagen der Literaturdidaktik ein und stellt zentrale Forschungsfelder der Disziplin vor. Die Vermittlung fachdidaktischen Orientierungswissens knüpft sich dabei an schulische Anwendungskontexte und Praxisbeispiele.

Inhaltlich gelangen die Aufgaben von Literaturunterricht (Leseförderung, Literarisches Lernen, Sprach-/Medienreflexion u.a.) ebenso zur Betrachtung wie dessen gegenstandsspezifische Konzepte und Methoden, etwa im Hinblick auf die klassischen Großgattungen, Kinder- und Jugendliteratur oder literarische Medienverbünde.

Es wird ferner ein Einblick in aktuelle Forschungsfragen der Lesesozialisation und der empirischen (Unterrichts-)Forschung gegeben. Stetig mitzudenken (und zu diskutieren) sind für alle Bereiche die Entwicklungsaufgaben eines kompetenzorientierten Literaturunterrichts unter den Vorzeichen der Digitalisierung.

Requirements for participation, required level

Erwartet werden eine regelmäßige, aktive Teilnahme und die sorgfältige Vorbereitung der Seminare. Dies schließt die Lektüre der Seminartexte sowie kürzere Schreib- oder Produktionsaufgaben im Rahmen der Studienleistung ein. Die TeilnehmerInnen sind gebeten, ihre Laptops, Tablets und/oder Smartphones regelmäßig für die Arbeit im Seminar mitzubringen (BYOD). Benotete Einzelleistungen in Form der Modulabschlussprüfung setzen eine schriftliche Hausarbeit im Umfang von ca. 15 Seiten voraus.
