The world is facing ecological crisis. This is clearly a global problem, but one that will require policy solutions across all scales. This class will explore the competing understandings of what the “problem” is, the contested regulatory “solutions”, as well as the global actors and interests that are present in the design and implementation of global environmental regulation.
