The course introduces the study program of the MA Sociology International Track and offers help with individual timetables for the winter semester. The course gives you the opportunity to meet your peers in the MA Sociology International Track and to get familiar with some important faculty structures. Furthermore, the course offers room for your individual needs and ideas. Questions regarding enrolment, specialization, modules, course choices etc. will be answered here. We will further discuss the essence of the sociological lens, the academic writing requirements at Bielefeld University and further topics which help you to start your studies successfully.

Requirements for participation, required level

The English-language introduction seminar provides an overview of the MA Sociology International Track at Bielefeld University. The target group of the seminar is international students who start studying the master sociology program in the winter semester 2023/2024.
