Ein wichtiges Ziel der universitären Ausbildung von künftigen LehrerInnen bzw. PädagogInnen ist m.E. die Vermittlung der Befähigung zum Verstehen der Fachliteratur, und zwar aus zwei Gründen: 1. Man gewinnt selbst Zugang zur Originalliteratur und ist nicht mehr nur auf die Aussagen von Sekundär- und Tertiärliteraten angewiesen, die hin und wieder ganz schön einseitig mit der tatsächlichen Informationslage umgehen. 2. Nach Beendigung des Studiums will und muss man sich in der Praxis in neue Gebiete einarbeiten oder sich auf einen neueren Kenntnisstand bringen und muss also folglich Fachliteratur finden, verstehen bzw. analysieren können. In der Veranstaltung wird dies anhand von Beispieltexten (fast) ohne Formeln trainiert.
