Das Seminar dient zur Begleitung und Reflexion des Praktikums im Hauptstudium. Zur Teilnahme eingeladen sind alle Studierenden, die ihre Praktikumserfahrungen im Rahmen von erlebnispädagogischen Praxisfeldern gemacht haben sowie in Felder, welche sich in besonderer Weise auf Differenzkonstruktionen beziehen, wo also Geschlecht, Ethnizität, Gesundheit oder andere sozial bedeutsame Kategorien und Lebenswirklichkeiten eine besondere Rolle spielen.
Die theoretische Bearbeitung soll im Seminar anhand von Literatur bearbeitet werden, die sich mit Fragen der Intersektionalität sowie der kritischen Betrachtung des Kulturbegriffs befasst. Darüber hinaus werden die pädagogisch-praktischen Erfahrungen der TeilnehmerInnen am Beispiel von konkreten Fällen aus dem Praktikum gemeinsam diskutiert und reflektiert. Weiter sollen Fragen zu möglichen Formen und Inhalten von Praktikumsberichten geklärt werden.
