In Gruppen werden TV-Serien auf ihre Familienkonstrukte hin vorgestellt, analysiert (Alleinerziehende, Großfamilie, Regenbogenfamilie, Patchworkfamilie etc.) und in den gesamtgesellschaftlichen Kontext eingebunden.

In Gruppen werden eigenständig Sitzungsgestaltungen erarbeitet und durchgeführt. Dabei können die entsprechenden Serien und Diskurse frei gewählt werden. Die Teilnahme an einer Gruppe und die Sitzungsgestaltung erbringt eine aktive Teilnahme/Studienleistung. Für eine unbenotete und benotete Einzelleistung bzw. Modulprüfung erfolgt neben der Teilnahme an einer Gruppe und die Sitzungsgestaltung, eine Ausarbeitung von 6-8 Seiten.
