Die Veranstaltung wird sich inhaltlich in zwei Teile gliedern. Erst werden die Rechtsstellung und Aufenthaltsrechte von Unionsbürgern nach nationalem und europäischem Recht behandelt, wobei auch auf die Besonderheiten bei ausgewählten Drittstaatsangehörigen, wie bei türkischen Staatsbürgern und dem für sie geltenden Assoziationsrecht, eingegangen wird.
Im zweiten Teil wird es dann um die sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Rechte von Unionsbürgern in der EU und der BRD gehen, z.B. im Hinblick auf Sozialhilfeleistungen, Kinder- und Erziehungsgeld, Ausbildungsförderung etc.
Ausländerrechtliche Gesetze müssen mitgebracht werden, Vorschlag: Beck-Texte im dtv – AuslR.
