Das Seminar fragt nach den hinter professionellem Handeln stehenden persönlichen Konzepten. U.a: Was sind leitende Werte? Welche theoretischen Annahmen werden als leitend angesehen? Wie ist methodisches begründet? Was wird als Erfolg definiert? Welche Abgrenzungen werden gesehen? Was wird unter der eigenen "Haltung" verstanden? Mit welchen Augen werden Teilnehmende, Kunden in der EB/WB gesehen? Das Seminar versucht eine Methodik für eine persönliche Selbsteinschätzung professioneller Grundüberzeugungen zu entwickeln.
