Im juristischen Staatsexamen werden regelmäßig (ober-)gerichtliche Entscheidungen als Ausgangspunkt verwendet. Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung "Examensrelevante Rechtsprechung im Strafrecht" sollen die grundlegenden Erwägungen der jeweiligen Entscheidung vorgestellt und Parallelen zu aktuellen Rechtsprechungstendenzen erwogen werden.
Durch die Bereitstellung übersichtlicher PDF-Dateien soll eine zugängliche Übersicht über die Kerninhalte der Entscheidung und ihre Bedeutung angeboten, um die Nachbereitung zu erleichtern. Diese Übersichten fassen, neben dem Wortlaut der Entscheidungsgründe, im Rahmen der Kategorie „Was bleibt?“ den Kontext und das zu Grunde liegende Problem der Entscheidung zusammen. Zur Vertiefung werden stets umfangreiche Hinweise zu online abrufbarer Literatur gegeben.
Auf der Homepage des Lehrstuhls sowie im Unirep-online werden die PDF-Zusammenfassungen im Anschluss an die jeweilige Veranstaltung bereitgestellt. Zudem wird bei Unirep-online der Sachverhalt zur darauffolgenden Woche hochgeladen.
