Workshop Autohandel - Seminar und Exkursion nach Luxemburg zum Europäischen Gerichtshof mit Teilnahme an einer Sitzung
Die Veranstaltung will der exemplarischen Bedeutung des Autohandels im Kaufrecht wie im deutschen und europäischen Wirtschaftsrecht Rechnung tragen. In Einzelthemen zu behandelnde Arbeitsfelder werden das Rechts des Autokaufs (Inzahlungnahme von Kundenfahrzeugen, Gewährleistung und Herstellergarantien, Kfz-Leasing) sowie das Handels- und Wirtschaftsrecht des Autohandels (Vertriebs- und Vertragshändlerverträge, Reparaturgeschäft und Ersatzteilversorgung und das EG-Wettbewerbsrecht des Autohandels, insbesondere die Kommissions-Verordnung v. 31. Juli 2002 Nr. 1400/2002 für den Kraftfahrzeugsektor) sein. Ein Scheinerwerb setzt die Übernahme eines Referats voraus. Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung können auch Themen für Examenshausarbeiten im Schwerpunktbereich 2 vergeben werden.
Zum Programm gehört außerdem die Teilnahme an einer Sitzung des EuGH mit einer Einführung in die Sache durch einen Mitarbeiter u.U. sogar einen Richter des Gerichtshofs.
Die Veranstaltung wird vom 20.06. bis 23.06. als Blockveranstaltung in Luxemburg durchgeführt werden. Ein Kostenbeitrag wird von den Studierenden aufzubringen sein.Weitere Informationen finden Sie unter dem angegebenen Link.
