Die Veranstaltung vermittelt in systematischer Weise grundlegende Konzepte, Zugriffsweisen und Ergebnisse der soziologischen Organisationsforschung. Sie kombiniert dabei theoretische, empirische, methodische sowie auch anwendungsbezogene Elemente.
Die Grundlagenveranstaltung soll einerseits von Studierenden besucht werden, die das Studium des Praxisschwerpunktes "Organisationen: Unternehmungen, Verwaltungen, Non-Profits" im Diplomstudiengang Soziologie beginnen; sie ist andererseits für Studierende im BA Sozialwissenschaften (Bereich "Politik und Administration") obligatorisch.
Teilnahmevoraussetzungen
Dieses Seminar ist ein Zusatzangebot zur regelmäßig im WS angebotenen Veranstaltung. Die Teilnehmerzahl ist auf 40 Personen begrenzt. Vorrangig werden dabei jene Studierenden berücksichtigt, die im vergangenen Semester wegen Überfüllung nicht berücksichtigt werden konnten (eine Anmeldung über das eKVV ist dennoch erforderlich). Bei Überschreitung der maximalen Teilnehmerzahl wird im Losverfahren über die freien Plätze entschieden; regulär findet das Angebot auch im WS 07/08 wieder statt.
