Diese Veranstaltung bildet den Auftakt zum Mentoring-Rahmenangebot des Promotionsprogramms in der Psychologie.

Inhalte

Im Kick-Off werden das Mentoringprogramm und seine Ziele vorgestellt, sowie individuelle Prioritäten und Themen für das Mentoring herausgearbeitet. Auf dieser Basis entwickeln die Teilnehmenden ein Anforderungsprofil für potentielle Mentor*innen. Es werden hilfreiche Tipps und Anregungen für die Suche nach einem Mentor*in vermittelt. Das Kick-Off thematisiert außerdem die DFG Richtlinien zur Guten Wissenschaftlichen Praxis (GWP) und bietet Gelegenheiten, um erste Kontakte zu knüpfen.

This event marks the start of the mentoring offer of the doctoral programme in psychology.

Contents

In the kick-off, the mentoring programme and its goals will be presented and individual priorities and topics for mentoring will be identified. On this basis, the participants develop a requirements profile for potential mentors. Helpful tips and suggestions for the search for a mentor are provided. The kick-off also offers opportunities to make initial contacts with other programme participants and to exchange ideas.
