festgehalten? Wer professionell moderiert, verfügt über das Handwerkszeug, Besprechungen, Meetings oder Arbeitskreise so zu
leiten, dass am Ende ein klares und gemeinsames Ergebnis aller Gesprächsteilnehmer*innen steht.
