Das Ziel von PsychoPAN ist es, den Programmteilnehmenden eine Plattform zu bieten, auf der sie sich austauschen, voneinander lernen und sich gegenseitig unterstützen können. Dies soll die Qualität der Forschung verbessern und das persönliche und berufliche Wachstum der Teilnehmer*innen fördern. Mit dem Format Coffe & Content lädt die Koordinatorin des Promotionsprogrammes alle Programmteilnehmenden herzlich ein, um sich in offener Runde bei einer Tasse Kaffee auszutauschen und kennen zu lernen. Zudem gibt es in einem kurzen Impulsvortrag Informationen zu wechselnden Themen (Anregungen werden gerne entgegengenommen).
Häufigkeit: Bedarfsorientiert mindestens halbjährlich, max. 4x pro Jahr
Dauer: Ca. 2 Stunden pro Treffen.

The aim of PsychoPAN is to offer programme participants a platform where they can exchange ideas, learn from each other and support each other. This is intended to improve the quality of research and promote the personal and professional growth of the participants. With the Coffe & Content format, the coordinator of the doctoral programme cordially invites all programme participants to exchange ideas and get to know each other in an open round over a cup of coffee. In addition, there will be a short keynote speech with information on changing topics (suggestions are welcome).Frequency: Needs-based at least every six months, max. 4 times a year
Duration: Approx. 2 hours per meeting.
