Contents, comment

The seminar introduces generally into conflict research. All basic aspects to understand and discuss social conflicts will be discussed: definition of conflict, dimensions of conflict, conflict theories from sociology, psychology, education science, political science. In the second part of the seminar we will discuss theories and practices of conflict resolution and management in different practical fields.

Some logistics:
- Since one teacher is not German the language will be English.
- All participants have to give an input to one session (20min) alone or in small groups.
- The seminar will read a basic book step by step (see literature)
