Das Seminar "Therapeutische Gesprächsführung" soll sowohl einen theoretischen wie auch praktischen Einblick in die Grundkenntnisse der klinisch-psychologischen Gesprächsführung geben. Neben Basisfertigkeiten (z. B. aktivem Zuhören, Paraphrasieren, offene Fragen stellen, Quittierungsreaktionen) stehen spezifische Strategien im Sinne der systemimmanenten Gesprächsführung, die sich für den Aufbau einer guten Therapeut-Patient-Beziehung sowie zur Motivierung von Patienten mit ambivalenter Therapiemotivation bewährt haben, im Vordergrund des Seminars. Diese Basiskompetenzen sollen zunächst mit den TeilnehmerInnen im Plenum erarbeitet und anschließenden im Rahmen von Rollenspielen in Kleingruppen eingeübt und modifiziert werden.
