Es handelt sich um die Fortsetzung der ersten Phase der Lehrforschung aus dem Sommersemster 2011. Ein Einstieg ist nicht mehr möglich.
In der 2-semestrigen Lehrforschung soll ein soziologisches Verständnis für Probleme der Organisation entwickelt werden, die mit der Verwendung von Unternehmenssoftware zu tun haben. Zahlreiche Stellen und Abteilungen in Organisationen wurden in den vergangenen Jahren geschaffen, die mit Einstellungen der Software und organisatorischen Anpassungen an die Technologie befasst sind. Nicht nur Unternehmen setzen Unternehmenssoftware ein, auch Organisationen wie Hochschulen, Arbeitsagenturen, Krankenhäuser, Wohlfahrtsverbände und Hilfsorganisationen sind Abnehmer dieser Technologie. Was steckt hinter dieser Entwicklung? Welche Funktion(en) erfüllt Unternehmenssoftware?
In der zweiten Phase stehen die Auswertung von Datenmaterialien und die Erstellung der Forschungsberichte im Zentrum.
