Seit bald 15 Jahren gilt das UN-Kaufrecht (CISG) praktisch für alle Exportgeschäfte deutscher Unternehmen und für Importe aus derzeit 63 Vertragsstaaten. Fast 80% des deutschen Außenhandels werden mit Geschäftspartnern aus anderen Vertragsstaaten des UN-Kaufrechts abgewickelt. Das BGB/HGB hat für internationale Handelsgeschäfte kaum noch Bedeutung. Zudem stand das UN-Kaufrecht "Pate" für Teile der Schuldrechtsreform.
Die Veranstaltung stellt die Strukturen und Inhalte des UN-Kaufrechts umfassend dar, vergleicht mit den Parallelregelungen des BGB/HGB, zeigt die Verbindungen zum Internationalen Privatrecht auf und unterbreitet Anregungen zur anwaltlichen Vertragsgestaltung.
Der erste Termin findet am 11.05. statt, die weiteren Termine werden durch Aushang bekannt gegeben.
