Ziel des Seminars ist es, zentrale Konzepte zum Thema Stress und Stressbewältigung kennen zu lernen, die dann z.B. auf den Kontext Schule übertragen werden. Hierbei geht es vor allem darum, Inhalte praktisch kennenzulernen und auch im eigenen Alltag auszuprobieren.
Da der praktische Bezug hier im Vordergrund steht, ist die aktive Mitarbeit der Studierenden zentraler Bestandteil des Seminars.

Requirements for participation, required level

Um einen Seminarplatz zu erhalten, nutzen Sie bitte das ekVV-Teilnehmermanagement.

Studierende, die einen Platz in einem teilnehmerbeschränkten Seminar erhalten haben und in den ersten beiden Seminarwochen nicht teilnehmen, verlieren diesen Platz. Entsprechend können dann noch Studierende von der Warteliste nachrücken. Studierende auf der Warteliste werden per Email informiert, wenn sie noch einen Platz erhalten können. Es gilt die auf der Warteliste angegebene Reihenfolge.

Da es sich um ein Aufbauseminar handelt, wäre der vorherige Besuch der Vorlesung "Psychologie für die Schule" wünschenswert.
