Sie verstehen die Grundlagen des Enzyme Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay (ELISA).Sie können mit Hilfe der Dünnschichtchromatographie die Wirkstoffe der Anti-Babypille identifizieren.
1. Nachweis der Wirkstoffe einer Anti-Babypille durch Dünnschichtchromatographie2. Nachweis von Choriongonadotropin im Urin (Schwangerschaftstest)
3. Bestimmung von Thyroxin durch Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)
