300065 Introduction MA Sociology International Track (S) (WiSe 2015/2016)

Contents, comment

The introduction seminar provides an overview of the MA Sociology International Track at Bielefeld University. It is obligatory for international students who start their course of studies in the winter semester 2015/16 and it can be attended on a voluntary basis by international students who have enrolled to the MA Sociology at an earlier date. The course is also open for Erasmus and other international short-time students as well as for students who study the regular MA Sociology and are interested in the International Track.
The course introduces the study programme of the MA Sociology International Track and offers assistance for the compilation of the individual students' timetables for the winter semester 2015/16. The course gives you the opportunity to meet your peers in the International Track MA Sociology and to get familiar with faculty structures. Furthermore, students will attend a two-day workshop "Academic Skills Development". The course offers enough room for your individual needs and ideas.
Please note that the first session of the seminar will take place prior to the start of the semester.
