In der Vorlesung wird die Methodik der Strafverteidigung behandelt. Die spezifische anwaltliche Herangehensweise an den Fall wird wissenschaftlich reflektiert; die Entwicklung der Verteidigungskonzeption wird vertieft. Die Vorlesung bereitet auf die Klausur im Schwerpunktbereich 9 vor. Vorkenntnisse im Strafprozessrecht sind zwingend erforderlich.
