Der Grundkurs Europäisches Privatrecht will die Berührungspunkte unserer Rechtsordnung mit dem sich entwickelnden europäischen Recht verdeutlichen. Anhand der Rechtsprechung des EuGH und einiger wichtiger Richtlinien sowie deren Umsetzung in das BGB soll die bisherige Entwicklung dargestellt werden. Der Schwerpunkt liegt im Verbraucherrecht.
Es wird eine Semesterabschlussklausur gemäß § 21 Abs. 2 lit. a) StudO 2003 angeboten. Voraussetzung ist nach § 21 Abs. 3 StudO 2003 die rechtzeitige Anmeldung beim Prüfungsausschuss.
