Die Arbeitswelt verändert sich heute mit beschleunigtem Tempo. Dieser Wandel birgt erhebliche Unsicherheiten. Von den Erwerbstätigen fordert er lebenslanges Lernen, da ihre Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen schnell veralten und wertlos werden können; Abschlüsse werden nicht mehr zu lebenslang bestimmenden einmaligen Qualifikationen, Abschlüsse werden zu Anschlüssen in zunehmend fragmentierten Berufsbiografien. Er erschwert aber auch die Wahl des Berufes, da Berufseinsteiger sich bei der Ausbildung letztlich immer nur für einen Erstberuf entscheiden können. Es kommt zu vielfältigen Brüchen in den Erwerbsbiographien. Phasen abhängiger Beschäftigung können durch Phasen selbstständiger Beschäftigung oder auch durch Arbeitslosigkeit abgelöst werden.
Das Seminar geht den Merkmalen dieses Strukturwandels nach und fragt u.a. nach den Folgen für die Beschäftigten pädagogischer Arbeitsfelder.
Hinweise zu Leistungsnachweisen, Seminarplanung und Literaturangaben werden in der ersten Sitzung gegeben.
