Die Vorlesung gehört zum Bereich 2 (allgemeines öffentliches Wirtschaftsrecht in Deutschland) des Schwerpunktbereichs 4 (Öffentliches Wirtschaftsrecht in der EU) und zum Bereich 2 (Teilgebiete des Verfassungsrechts) des SBB 10 (Verfassungsrecht).
Behandelt wird zunächst die grundsätzliche Frage nach einer Wirtschaftsverfassung des Grundgesetzes. Weiter werden die wirtschaftsrelevanten Grundrechte des Grundgesetzes und die verfassungsrechtlichen, insbesondere rechtsstaatlichen und demokratischen Vorgaben für die Organisation der Wirtschaftsverwaltung und für deren Tätigwerden erörtert.
Es wird eine Abschlussklausur angeboten.
