Arbeit im Kursraum des AWI Helgoland zum Kennenlernen von niederen Meerestieren und Algen des Felsküste, Besuch der Vogelwarte, - der Hummerstation, - des Aquariums mit Führung hinter den Kulissen (Technik/Wasseraufbereitung), Ausfahrt zum "Dredgen" mit dem Forschungsschiff Uthörn (ist beantragt), Fahrt zur Düne zu den Kegelrobben und Seehunden, Sandwatt, Wanderung im Felswatt rund um die Insel (Zonierung des Litorals). Die Exkursion kann nicht bei akutem Sturm stattfinden.
