Die Veranstaltung „Hausarbeitstraining im SPB 2“ (Belegnr. 291024 im WS 2022/23) richtet sich an Studierende des Schwerpunktbereichs „Unternehmens- und Wirtschaftsrecht“. Sie soll den Teilnehmer*innen verdeutlichen, welche Fertigkeiten bei der Anfertigung einer rechtswissenschaftlichen Themenhausarbeit, wie sie als Prüfungsleistung im SPB 2 verlangt wird, gefragt sind und welche (auch formalen und stilistischen) Mindeststandards dabei eingehalten werden müssen. Es werden nicht zuletzt Tipps für die (online-)Recherche einschlägiger Literatur und Rechtsprechung gegeben.
Die Veranstaltung wurde verlegt auf Samstag, 21.01.2023 und findet von 09:15 Uhr bis ca. 14 Uhr in Raum U2-107 (UHG) statt.
Wir bitten um pünktliches Erscheinen.
Die Veranstaltung ist darauf ausgelegt, dass Sie sich aktiv beteiligen und die Möglichkeiten, die Ihnen zur Übung geboten werden, auch nutzen. Insbesondere den Teil zur online-Recherche von Literatur und Rechtsprechung haben wir so geplant, dass Sie unter anderem unter Anleitung selbstständig recherchieren. Wir bitten Sie deswegen darum, einen Laptop - möglichst bereits mit eingerichteter VPN-Verbindung - sowie die benötigten Gesetzestexte (BGB und AktG) mitzubringen.
