Die Veranstaltung richtet sich in erster Linie an Schwerpunktstudierende der Fakultät für Rechtswissenschaft. Der Stoff dieser Veranstaltung ist Gegenstand der fünfstündigen Aufsichtsarbeit (SPB 7) im WiSe 2022/23.
Texte und Hilfsmittel:
Studierende dürfen alle Arten von Gesetzestexten, auch ausgedruckte und ungebundene Exemplare benutzen. Die Texte dürfen keine Anmerkungen enthalten. Post-its zum Auffinden der einzelnen Gesetze dürfen nur in geringer Anzahl und unbeschriftet vorhanden sein. Maßvolle, einfarbige Unterstreichungen sind gestattet.
Gegenstand der Veranstaltung ist neben dem Arbeitsförderungsrecht, das Recht der sozialen Fürsorge, Förderung und Entschädigung. Das Recht der sozialen Fürsorge umfasst dabei neben dem Recht auf Grundsicherung für Arbeitsuchende auch das Sozialhilferecht. Infolge des aktuellen Gesetzgebungsverfahrens zum Bürgergeld wird voraussichtlich das Recht der sozialen Fürsorge erst zum Ende der Vorlesung besprochen werden.
